Below is the package type in SSIS.
Default: undefined.
DTSWizard: specifies that the package was created by the SQL server import and Export wizard.
DTSDesigner: it specifies that the package was created in the designer in SQL server 2000.
SQLReplication: It specifies that the package was generated to support transformable subscription.
DTSDesigner100: It specifies that the package is created in SSIS designer in the SQL server 2008 integration service. This is by the default value of the package type.
SQLDBMaint: It specifies that the DBMaint client created the package.
