Below are the objects created when we restart the TempDB
Ø TempDB database structure is recreated
Ø System tables copied from model
Ø All data wiped
Ø Size resets to configured initial size (not default)
Ø Files are recreated but retain preconfigured size, not shrink to small
Ø Metadata recreated
